In 2005 KIDA started a vocation program to give clients and the local community access to a means of supporting themselves. This program offers a varienty of trainings namely, Bricklaying and concrete practice, Tailoring, carpentry and saloon. Over 230 students have graduated from the facility with on to hand skills that will live for as long as they live. There are basically two intakes in a year; January and June. The knwoledge and skill imparted to the students by trained staff are a great step towars self help initiatives.
