From just offering community education and counselling about HIV/AIDS at its clinic, KIDA progressed and opened KIDA hospital on 11th August 2011. The hospital provides not just general health care services but it being the only health facility of such capacity in the rural area gives much hope in meeting the needs of the vulnerable poor population especially women and children. The services offered include but not limited to the following:

1. In-patient and Out- Patient care
2. HIV/AIDS Counselling and Testing and ART
3. Major and Minor Surgery
4. Immunization
5. Antenatal, Maternity, and Post-natal care
6. Family Planning
7. Follow up visits of clients at their homes
8. Laboratory
9. Ultra sound Scan
